Leasing
BlackRock Paso Fino
will be offering 6 and 12 month lease however, the lessee will pay for
the horse's leasing fee as well as routine farrier and healthcare in return
for being able to use the horse whenever you'd like. The full lease does
not restrict riding times and days, and also does not restrict access
to the horse for special events such as horse shows.

Private (30-45 minutes) $20.00
Horse Show
Regional and National Show $50.00

(This includes caring for the horse,
training and coaching at the show, showing the horse, the trainer’s
hotel and other expenses)

Hauling
$0.40 a loaded mile a $10.00 minimum
Healthcare
Deworming $10.00 every other month
Farrier $25-$85 every 6 to 8 weeks
Vaccinations $30.00 once a year
Dental (1/2 of the cost) $50.00 once
a year(if needed)
Chiropractor (1/2 of cost) $40.00
depends(if needed)
Coggins $25.00 once a year (if needed)
Heath Certificate $25.00 when needed
(out of state travel)
Drugs and Supplements ½ the cost to
